Dr. Crossan is the Professor Emeritus of Religious Studies at DePaul University. He is the author of twenty books on the historical Jesus including the national bestseller, Jesus: A Revolutionary Biography. His most recent book is, God & Empire: Jesus Against Rome, Then and Now.
