The Latino Leadership Circle in partnership with the Fund for Theological Education is pleased to announce the first ACTS Alumni Vocation Care Retreat! This will be an opportunity to catch up with former ACTS classmates and reflect on God's call on your life through the practice of Vocation Care. Please note that space is limited.
What is Vocation CARE?
Vocation CARE is a set of practices designed to help congregations become places where everyone — particularly young people exploring Christian vocation and the call to ministry — hears and responds to God’s call in their lives.
Four core practices central to Vocation CARE are to:
C – Create space to explore Christian vocation together;
A – Ask self-awakening questions together;
R – Reflect theologically on self and community; and
E – Enact the next faithful step.
