Latino Leadership Circle will be Hosting Special Event on “The Role and Importance of Theological Education.”

Since Tertullian’s provocative question, “What concord is there between the Academy and the Church?” scholars, clergy and other ministerial practitioners have wrestled to provide a meaningful answer for their time.  The Latino Leadership Circle will be hosting an event entitled, The Role and Importance of Theological Education, as part of their ACTS Urban Youth Leadership Program.

Dr. Sam Cruz and Dr. Daisy of UTS will be keynote speakers followed by panel that include Dr. Elaine Padilla and Dr. Rebecca Radillo both of New York Theological Seminary, and Joanne Rodriguez, Executive Director of the Hispanic Theological Initiative.  Those who are considering attending seminary as part of their vocational discernment process should attend this event.
